We are currently seeking a Full- time  Permanent Document Controller which will be site based within the Dublin region. This position will involve travelling between a number of sites within the greater Dublin region on a weekly basis.

Overall Role Objective

The Document Controller / Site Administrator is responsible for processing, logging, distributing and filing all site based documentation and drawings and ensuring all site administration work is completed.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Manage and coordinate all documentation and drawings with the project team.
  • Use ACONEX and EIDA (Construction Management Software) for the management of documentation.
  • Print, log and file drawings and plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of Operation & Maintenance manuals.
  • Ensure the various prints of drawings, schedules and specifications are kept up to date and maintained for record purposes as described in the document control section of QA procedures.
  • Prepare weekly time sheets for all site labour for Payroll processing.
  • Organise site inductions for all new hires.
  • Prepare purchase orders for site materials.
  • Organise courier deliveries.
  • Organise all site paperwork.
  • General administration and office based duties.
  • Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Documentation Control.
  • Administration experience essential.
  • Experience in the Construction Industry is an advantage but not essential.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with Clients and Management.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • IT Skills – A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, plus proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Experience in ACONEX and EIDA would be an advantage.

The Mechanical Engineer assists in the planning and coordination of all mechanical activities; is responsible for enforcing consistent standards and helps ensure on time handover of projects to clients.

Key Responsibilities/Duties
• Assist in the management of projects from tender to client handover.

Permanent opportunity as a Mechanical Supervisor.  You will be responsible for leading and managing several teams, initially on our project located in Ringsend, Dublin 4, which will be a minimum of 1 year.

• Maintain standards of safety and comply with company Health, Safety and Environmental Management System requirements (see full safety responsibilities below).

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor, with Electrical experience, for the North Dublin region.  This is a permanent role which will be site based, reporting to the onsite Project Manager and the Commercial Manager (Head Office).

The Quantity Surveyor will provide support to the Construction Team on all Quantity Surveying Functions.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Management and ownership of the commercial and contractual requirements through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Responsibility for interface Client Commercial/Contract Team.
  • Project Procurement including Sub-contractors.
