We currently have an immediate vacancy for a fixed term Health & Safety Advisor based in the greater Dublin Region, reporting to the Regional Environmental Health & Safety Manager.

The overall responsibility of the role is to provide advice on all aspects of environment, health and safety.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assisting, supporting and advising sites teams on implementation of the EHS EHS management system.
  • Delivering on continual improvement on existing ISO, 9001, 14001 and 45001 Integrated Management System.
  • Supporting the site team in achieving and maintaining compliance with legal and Corporate EHS requirements.
  • Updating and maintaining site EHS procedures.
  • Assisting, supporting and advising on the industrial hygiene and occupational health program requirements.
  • Liaising with the Occupational Health Service Provider on Occupational the Health Program for the site.
  • Assisting in the preparation for and participation in external audits.
  • Participation in carrying out Internal EHS Audits within the facilities.
  • Tracking and reporting of audit actions closure on internal and external audit points.

Qualifications / Experience

  • A higher Diploma or relevant degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ Health & Safety experience working in a Pharmaceutical or Construction environment.
  • A working knowledge and experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

Electrical QA/QC – Dublin Region

We are currently looking for several Electrical QA/QCs for some of our sites in Dublin Region (Leixlip and Dunboyne). You will be expected to deliver Quality Control and Quality Assurance requirements in line with the Company’s overall Standard Operation Policies for QA/QC.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installations, testing, commissioning etc. for the involved project.
  • Conduct inspections of all ongoing activities for electrical installations and electrical material deliveries.
  • Attend all electrical inspections with client/contractor representatives.
  • Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
  • Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QCQA documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.
  • Ensure the EIDA software system is used as the primary tool for management of the QA/QC process on site.

Qualifications / Experience

  • A relevant Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Quality role.
  • IT Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
  • Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing to clients and other stakeholders.

The Quantity Surveyor will provide support to the Construction Team on all Quantity Surveying Functions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Management and ownership of the commercial and contractual requirements through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Responsibility for interface Client Commercial/Contract Team.
  • Project Procurement including Sub-contractors.
  • Conduct cost and risk analysis.
  • Review all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Team and /or subcontractors, to identify contractually critical items and to initiate replies.
  • Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors.
  • Provide project costing, margin & cashflow reports.
  • Manage project change order procedures and agree costs with client.
  • Provide monthly valuations and certs.
  • Agree final accounts.

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • A relevant degree qualification.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Electrical experience.
  • A proven working knowledge of current contract law.
  • A proven track record in customer relationship development.
