Suir Wellbeing, in collaboration with VHI Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), presents a comprehensive approach to mental wellness. Suir Wellbeing actively organises company events aimed at raising awareness about both mental and physical health, while VHI EAP provides confidential counselling and practical support. MHFA equips individuals with essential skills to recognise and address mental health challenges effectively. Together, they form a powerful alliance, fostering resilience, understanding, and well-being in workplaces and communities.

Step outside. Cycle. Play a game. Garden. Discover a physical activity you enjoy and suits your lifestyle and level of mobility and fitness. Scientists confirm physical activity can help maintain wellbeing and good mental health.

Rediscover an old interest. Sign up for that course. Take on a new responsibility. Setting yourself a challenge and learning new skills will make you more confident as well as being great fun.
