Our pension contributions ensure a secure future for our employees. All Trade employees are automatically enrolled with the Construction Workers Pension Scheme. All Support staff are given automatic membership of the Suir Engineering Pension Scheme.

Suir has a comprehensive well-being and employee engagement calendar of events. Our ‘Are You OK?’ philosophy is supported by our EAP Programme and is available to employees and their families. We are proud sponsors of the Lighthouse Club and most of our sites have trained Mental Health First Aiders.
